Two for four

Two for four is not a simple multiplication, which is eight, as the September 8, opening day of the new stadium of Juventus and the beginning of a new adventure.

Two for four is two weeks for four transfers.

In fact there are two weeks left until the end of the transfer market and we have four pieces that are missing to finally complete Antonio Conte his team.

Leaving aside for a moment while the fundamental chapter sells, which should certainly fodder for last-minute shopping, the new Juventus coach does not add up.

The lack of two full-backs, a left winger and a central defender. Analyzing the Juve squad seems obvious lack of popular “high” left wonger as well as substitutes for Krasic, for the full backs and a central defender of expertise to complement the various Bonucci, Barzagli and Chiellini.

The names are many, especially for the two “hot” roles, ie the left winger and central defender.

Just to name a few, Juve would be on Vargas, Perotti, Elias, Bastos, Carlos Eduardo Farfan, Afellay, Ramirez and Giaccherini regarding the midfield, while Alex, Lugano, Rolando, Coates, Bruno Alves would be the central defenders chased by Juventus management.

It seems that Conte has clear ideas, especially for the left winger and in this regard has vetoed Vargas and Bastos, two business that Marotta could have concluded quickly.

Now the bianconeri fans are groping in the dark. So far the transfer market has been good, but not as one would have waited after the words of Elkann, Agnelli and Marotta in recent months.

If the transfers more prestigious were than Pirlo (who was, and we need to see if it is still a top player) and Vucinic (Top Player who is not but he can be) it is clear that the enthusiasm that reigns around the Juve is led almost from the new stadium and beginning of a new adventure and is not based on facts.

The facts will have to be made by the team and Conte. But before that, in order to fully help the new coach, Marotta will try to please him in every way in the next two weeks completing the rose.

The clock is ticking as soon as possible and deliver the missing pieces to Mr. Conte could be decisive for the proper performance of the new season.

The entire Juventus people is waiting with confidence.
