TURIN – Pavel Nedved is now even a wax statue. The former player and now manager of Juve flew to Prague for the presentation of an event that happens to a few in life: to become a sculpture. From today, at Grevin Museum in Prague will be a wax statue of Pavel, placed in the same section of other major sports: Emil Zatopek, Ivan Lendl, Roman Šebrle, Petr Čech, Dominik Hašek, Jaromír Jágr and Martina Navratilova.
Nedved is immortalized with the shirt of Juve the 2003/04 season when he received the Golden Ball. “The sculpture is beautiful, they have worked hard and I’m very honored – said Nedved – It is a wonderful event, during which I saw many friends, which gave me a great pleasure. And then I’m happy that Juventus is represented as in the sculpture wearing the black and white jersey. It’s nice to have brought a little Juventinità also here in Prague. ”
